My statement about DEEP LISTENING: The series of works, "You See What I Hear," draws on the Deep Listening practice of pioneer Pauline Oliveros, whose research was devoted to listening, breathing, and the moment.
The sense of hearing has been greatly relegated to the background since the Age of Enlightenment. But our ears let us "see" things that our eyes cannot find. -Katja Pudor
